This week The Shield had a rethink when it came to their plans of attack and ambushed Sheamus while in the midst of an interview backstage regarding their Wrestlemania match. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns beat Sheamus down until Randy Orton came to the rescue with a chair shot to the back of Reigns. But Seth and Ambrose were quickly on him, taking him down too. As all hope seemed lost for Orton and Sheamus, the missing piece of the puzzle, Big Show, made his appearance by all but throwing Rollins and Ambrose aside before chasing off Reigns. The Shield retreat, but the damage to Orton and Sheamus had already been done.

Later on in the night The Shield march in to 6 Man Tag action against the rather random team of Khali, Zack Ryder and Justin Gabriel. Seth Rollins starts things out against Khali and despite the massive size difference manages to stand his ground until Zack Ryder is tagged in. From there The Shield take full control of the match, Seth tagging out to Dean Ambrose who all but brutalizes Ryder who manages an eventual escape to Justin Gabriel. but Gabriel fares no better and after a nasty double team, the win is picked up for The Shield by Rollins. Khali takes exception to this loss however and attempts to attack the trio, but he doesn’t last long with the numbers game against him and The Shield deliver another epic Triple Powerbomb to Khali… I hope their backs are okay tomorrow!

However as the trio stand in the ring to celebrate their victory, the inevitable arrival of Orton, Sheamus and Big Show puts a dampener on the proceedings. The Shield find themselves on the receiving end of some of their own medicine as their opponents for Wrestlemania surround the ring and then attack. After a brief brawl, the Shield retreat, furious at having to do so. Is the Big Show a mountain they cant climb?

Early in the show Ryback heads in to a match against David Otunga which shockingly he wins (who woulda thought? I mean Otungas so formidable). Getting on the mic and saying that at Wrestlemania he, Orton and Sheamus are going to destroy The Shield. However, Ryback’s declaration is thwarted by the arrival of Vickie Guerrero who quickly informs him he’s being taken out of the match (there IS a God!) and thrown in to a battle with Mark Henry. Blah blah, who cares, he’s gone.

Later on in the night after Randy Orton and Sheamus destroy 3MB (Another shocker), The Shield make their first appearance. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns storming down to the ring and surrounding their remaining two Wrestlemania opponents. However before they can attack, its Big Show to the rescue! Big Show runs to the ring.. yes, runs.. I felt it from England. Getting in and to Orton and Sheamus’ side, causing The Shield to rethink! Unable to find an angle of attack, Roman calls on his brothers to stand down. Reluctantly Ambrose and Rollins do so, the trio retreating in to the crowd to regroup, while Big Show points to the Wrestlemania sign hanging over the ring.

We have a new opponent, but will he be the one to dethrone The Shield?

Remember what happened last time you goodie two shoes went and got cocky?

After their previous run ins with Big Show on last weeks RAW and Smackdown, Seth Rollins was this week granted his first ever WWE Singles match… against the Giant himself. A dubious task perhaps but Rollins didn’t come to the ring alone. His Shield brethren by his side, Ambrose and Reigns accompanied him to the ring for what would turn out to be a fairly short lived match. Rollins eventually thrown to the outside and landing on Ambrose in a heap by the announce table. Big Show went after them only for Reigns to attack. However Show and his strength hurled Reigns against the barrier temporarily winding him. This gave Ambrose and Rollins a chance to get their bearings and the pair leapt on Big Show, beating him down on the outside and eventually restraining him for Reigns to attack. However Show was again ahead of the curve and hit Reigns with a big boot to the face! Tossing Rollins away, he threw Ambrose into the ring.

Ambrose isn’t one to be afraid of any opponent however and launched a vicious assault of his own upon the Giant, soon setting him up for his nasty DDT. But Show’s strength once more won out and Ambrose was tossed into the air like a ragdoll. Rollins leapt from the turnbuckles but was caught around the throat and thrown away. However Reigns was to launch the killing blow with his powerful spear, taking Big Show down at last. From there, the Jackals attacked, picking Show apart piece by piece before Ambrose called for the Powerbomb. Hauling Big Show up, for the second week in a row The Shield hit the triple Powerbomb on Big Show and left him laying on the mat.

The Brothers in Arms surrounded their fallen prey and bumped fists over his carcass. United and strong as ever. Nice try, big guy.

Later on in the night after Randy Orton and Sheamus defeated Team Rhodes Scholars, the Shield attacked Orton and Sheamus during the commercial break as they made their way to the back. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns mauling the Viper and the Celtic Warrior and leaving them down and out in their wake.

The dark main event after tonight’s WWE RAW in Buffalo, New York saw Ryback, Sheamus and John Cena defeat Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns by disqualification.

Before the match and after RAW ended, in a segment for RAW Active, The Shield entered the arena and laid Big Show out with a triple powerbomb. This led to the dark main event. The Shield caused the DQ by using a steel chair. Cena, Ryback and Sheamus then hit their finishers to end the show.

After the events of Friday night Smackdown, The Shield had a message for Randy Orton, Sheamus and The Big Show on tonight’s RAW. The action cutting to a pre recorded message in which Ambrose mused over the fact that Orton, Sheamus and Show were all vying for the chance to take on The Undertaker at Wrestlemania, when they seem to be forgetting about another undefeated streak currently in the WWE.. that of The Shield. As yet undefeated on Pay Per View and TV, they’re a force to be reckoned with and perhaps the three men should be focusing on them instead of the infamous Deadman. It looks like the Viper and friends wont be given much of a choice, the eye of Justice is always watching and theres some revenge to be had for the strike to Reigns. If they think it’s over they’re sadly mistaken. Believe that!

After two major victories at Elimination Chamber and then on last weeks RAW, defeating the best the WWE has to offer, The Shield came out tonight to make a statement. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns taking to the mics in the ring Ambrose started out by saying things only got worse before they got better.. and things were going to get a whole lot worse. A lot of people in the back are very on edge because of their presence and isnt that a shame, they’ll have to deal with it because The Shield aren’t going anywhere until the WWE is free of injustice (my God, boys, that’s an uphill battle and a half!). Ambrose informed whoever was listening in the back that they could form any super team they wanted, they’d still come out on top. Reigns took over declaring The Shield would grind their bones to dust, while Rollins reminded of the recent victories and asked if there was anybody else left to even try and challenge them, to which an answer was given…

From Sheamus?! Has he taken one too many bumps to the head or what? How many times do you want to get your pasty butt handed to you? Oh well. Sheamus came out onto the ramp and instigated a fight, daring The Shield to come and take him out. I’m sorry guys, but this screamed trap and they walked right in to it. Ambrose and Reigns leaving the ring to assault Sheamus, only for Rollins left behind, to be snuck up on by Randy Orton. Dealing a vicious RKO to Seth, Randy bolted from the ring and took refuge in the crowd as Ambrose and Reigns rushed back to Rollins’ side. Orton threw his arms in the air in defiance, while Sheamus smirked on the ramp.

So.. Sheamus, Orton & Ryback Vs The Shield then? Or can we hope for a slight change of pace?

Coming off of their massive win at Elimination Chamber last night, defeating the trio of all stars John Cena, Sheamus and Ryback – there was bound to be some hurt feelings tonight. Sure enough we’re taken backstage to find Sheamus in the midst of an interview regarding the humiliating loss, when he’s interrupted by a steaming mad Ryback. Sheamus calls Ryback a mindless neanderthal (couldn’t agree more) and things are about to kick off between the two one time allies, before Chris Jericho appears on scene! Jericho has obviously been taking lessons from Doctor Shelby because he managed to turn Sheamus and Ryback’s frowns upside down, rallying their angers back around to The Shield instead of each other. Jericho says that everyone’s on edge with the Shield around and it’s time to put a stop to them. Vickie Guerrero grants another 6 way tag team match with Jericho taking Cena’s place this night. Ryback snarls in Sheamus’ face “Feed – Me – Shield”. Obviously Rybacks taken one too many knocks to the head, because every time he faces The Shield, he chokes on them.

As the match came around Team Jericho started out strong with Ryback assaulting Rollins in the corner with repeated brutal shoulders, which Jericho quickly puts an end to, reminding Ryback they don’t want to get DQ’d. staff came unglued as Jericho got in the ring against Ambrose and our fan dreams came true. The Shield continued to be overwhelmed by Jericho, Sheamus and Ryback and it looked for a time like they might finally be knocked off their pedestal. However, shortly after Sheamus Brogue kicked Ambrose off the apron (and he sold it like a champion!).. The Shield took control back. Returning from a commercial break our favorite trio regrouped and proceeded to pick apart the opposition with their frantic style. In a showdown between Ambrose and Jericho, Jericho was able to lock in the Walls of Jericho but Ambrose refused to tap (He was in CZW, you’ll have to feed him glass and boiling lava to get him to tap out). With Roman distracting Sheamus and taking out Ryback, Rollins took to the air with a dive on Jericho, leaving Ambrose to make the pin and pick up the win for Team Shield.

Their debut match on RAW and another tick in the victory column. Who’s next?

After last weeks organized assault against the Shield by Cena, Ryback and Sheamus, The Shield walked in to RAW this week defiant and unafraid to stand in the center of the ring in front of everybody and call out their attackers. Hell, call out the entire locker room. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns came to the ring and requested mics and proceeded to lay the verbal smackdown on their Elimination Chamber opponents. Focusing mainly on John Cena (because Ryback is utterly insignificant to the world in general and Sheamus.. well who even cares?) Ambrose proceeded to verbalize on TV some of the things a lot of us have been thinking for a very long time. That Cena walks around in his own smiley little untouchable bubble without ever facing a single consequence. It’s time to put an end to that, and time for Cena to find out theres more to wrestling than shaking childrens hands and performing the dreaded five moves of doom.

Ambrose went on to say that whatever happens at the Chamber, he, Rollins and Reigns will walk out of there together. While Cena, Ryback and Sheamus might not walk out at all. So they’d better breathe all the fresh air they can now, on Sunday, The Shield is going to drown them. Worlds first ever swimming pool match? Or just clever figurative speaking?

The Shield then dared anyone from the locker room to come out and face them, to seemingly no response. Until the lights went out (someone fire the electrician). When they came back up again, Cena, Sheamus and Ryback were int he ring and the brawl was on. Much like last week they got the upper hand and Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns retreated out of the ring. However the Goodie Two Shoes trio chased after them, attacking them through the crowd. The Shield finally managed a retreat, leaving Team Cena standing triumphant.. for now.

Early in the night a promo package for The Shield is aired detailing their path of destruction, which is followed up by John Cena backstage speaking with Vickie Guerrero about the fact that he’s sick of The Shield and it’s time someone taught them a little something about Justice. Vickie of course laughs in his face, who wouldn’t. One guy is going to teach three about Justice? We then had to endure a three hour wait for the finale segment of the night in which Cena boasted that he was going to go out to the ring and bring Justice to The Shield. Instead we found Brad Maddox, who declared himself the hero of the piece for outing Paul Heyman and his alliance with Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns.

He declared himself to be a wronged man and therefor it was him and not Cena that was going to call out The Shield. With Maddox’s stupidity leak underway, he did indeed call them out and they responded quickly, this time with Mic’s in their hands. Oh yeah, someone finally gave Ambrose a live mic! He strolled down the stairs alongside Rollins and declared Maddox to be a weak little rat of a man that didn’t know a thing about Justice. Rollins took over and informed Maddox he was about to pay for what he’d done. The Shield surrounded the ring and with one last ominous threat from Ambrose, they attacked. Assaulting Maddox and hitting him with the Triple Powerbomb, they once again stood tall. However, Cena’s music put paid to their party and all eyes turned to the ramp. Only Cena was nowhere to be found. Instead, The Shield spotted him coming down the steps! Quickly followed by Ryback and then Sheamus, surrounding the ring. Gimmick Infringement!!

Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns stood their ground as the three jumped the barrier and circled them. Roman decided retreat was the best course of action and all three left the ring, only for half the locker room to emerge on the ramp. Stopping them from leaving. With no choice but to go back to the ring, The Shield went back to back and Ryback, Cena and Sheamus attacked. While Jerry Lawler screamed about revenge, we scream.. eh.. not so much. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns took their beating, dished some back and then retreated through the crowd. Leaving RAW to go off air.

Cena however, once off air, took to the mic to inform everybody that at the Elimination Chamber PPV, there would be a 6 man tag. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns Vs John Cena, Ryback and Sheamus. Oh yeah, bring on the carnage.

In the wake of the Royal Rumble debacle, it seems like The Shield have something to prove tonight on RAW as they stormed in on a celebrating John Cena and quickly picked him apart only for Sheamus to attempt a rescue. This was unsuccessful however and Sheamus was also put down by the angered trio. Ryback was last out to an equally flaccid attempt at subduing Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns. While Ryback tossed both Seth and Dean over the ropes, Reigns was ready for him. Shoving him against the ropes Ambrose and Rollins were able to grab his ankles and yank him out of the ring, quickly sending him crashing into the steel steps.

Sheamus attempted another assault but was sent smashing in to the ring post, knocking him loopy. The Shield got back inside the ring to gloat over their handiwork, only for Cena to resurrect and jump on them. Ambrose however saw it coming and quickly took his legs out. Before you could say ‘last night was a travesty’ Cena was lifted into the Triple Powerbomb and put out of our misery.

The Shield left through the crowd like men on a mission, but I doubt any of this will just ‘stay in Vegas’.. harr, see what I did there?

Later on in the night as Paul Heyman underwent his ‘Performance Review’ at the hand of Vince McMahon, Heyman continued to deny his involvement with The Shield. Vince however, had some rather damning video evidence to show off. Cutting to some taped footage of Heyman with Brad Maddox in some dark back alley somewhere. Heyman proceeded to tell Maddox he’d failed to do the job he was hired to do and they were tired of him repeatedly coming back for more. He went on to say that he and Punk also paid The Shield for their services, and paid them much more. But then The Shield are far more effective at what they do. At this point, Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns emerged from the shadows and surrounded Maddox who promptly began to plead for his life. Heyman simply patted on him the head and told him to think of it as a learning experience. He then left Maddox to his fate and The Shield attacked, viciously assaulting Maddox and taking the camera offline.

So what of Heyman? The Shields employer was on the verge of getting fired by McMahon, when who should show up but Brock Lesnar. Hitting the Chairman with an F5.. it seems Heyman’s assembled a wrecking crew.
