After their stunning victories last night, covering themselves in Gold, theres a lot of bitter faces in the backstage area tonight on RAW. Daniel Bryan and Kane trying to come to terms with their painful loss, boo hoo hoo boys. The match is made for later on in the night, The Shield will face Team Hell No and Kofi Kingston in a 6 man tag.

The Shield come down to the ring in a different formation than usual, Roman and Seth down one side, Ambrose going it alone down the other. But it is lovely to hear them introduced as Champions! They take to the mics and Ambrose declares that all the woes of the WWE Superstars these days are their doing and theirs alone. They drove Ryback so far down he snapped and went after John Cena, therefor it’s The Shields fault Cena didn’t walk out of his match. They sent The Undertaker to the grave for good, they put The Rock in hospital. The Shield have changed the landscape of the WWE and the scary part is this is just the beginning. What else do the men in black have in store for us?

With their opponents in the ring the match gets underway with Ambrose starting things out against Kofi, taking control right off the bat the match becomes one of the more frantic of the Shields careers so far, with their opponents bitter and twisted off of their losses, as the match went on it seemed as though The Shield might be in more trouble than they bargained for as Bryan, Kingston and Kane all but dominated them. However back off of a commercial break the tables had turned and Daniel Bryan was isolated in The Shields corner, where they plagued him with torments of being the ‘weak link’ of the team. Beating him down and keeping him where he is, Ambrose eventually mocks him while he’s on his knees, slapping him in the face repeatedly until Daniel finally snaps and headbutts his way out of it. Leaping for Kane to tag in, Ambrose tags in Reigns and the two big men go at it. Kane getting the advantage over Roman, Ambrose makes the save for a pin and is attacked by Kofi. Kofi and Daniel then suicide dive Ambrose and Rollins on the outside. But it’s their undoing. As Ambrose as Rollins take out Daniel and Kofi outside the ring, Reigns battles Kane inside. With Kane’s partners gone, Ambrose distracts the referee and Rollins takes to the air, hitting Kane with his flying knee and rolling out of the ring, leaving Reigns to spear Kane out of his boots and pick up the three count.

The Shield win again, holding their belts over the fallen bodies of their opponents. Scary, innit. Haha.

Early in the show during a match between Kofi Kingston and Damien Sandow, it’s announced that none other than our own Dean Ambrose will be facing Kofi one on one at Extreme Rules for the United States Championship! Amazing news for him and his fans!

Later on in the night The Shield head down to the ring to enter an Elimination Tag Team Match against Team Hell No and John Cena. It’s also announced that Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins will take on Team Hell No for the Tag Titles at Extreme Rules, so with all of this gold on the line they head in to RAW’s match up needing to make another definitive impression. The match starts out with Ambrose (sporting a nice bruise from his eye injury, but thankfully it seems to be healing well!) taking on Kane. Ambrose is typically cocky at first and that’s why we love him, but after a brutal uppercut in the corner from Kane, he’s dragged over to the wrong side and Daniel Bryan’s tagged in. Bryan proceeds to torture Ambrose with a twisted arm submission before Ambrose elbows his way out of it and tags out to Rollins. Rollins charges in and is met with a quick tag out to Cena. And a commercial break. Back from commercial we find Daniel Bryan holding Ambrose in a surfboard before tagging out to Kane. The match continues with a series of fast tags and neither team able to get the advantage, eventually with Ambrose in against Kane, Kane’s rage seems to get the better of him and as he attempts to hit a chokeslam on Ambrose, Rollins rushes the ring too but finds himself caught. Kane hurls both Ambrose and Rollins out of the ring then gets out and proceeds to assault The Shield on the outside, slamming Ambrose in to the guard rail, Rollins in to the ringpost and Reigns on to the announce table before ripping the top off the table and knocking Ambrose over the guard rail with it. The referee declares Kane eliminated as we head to another commercial.

Back from commercial to see Ambrose plant Cena with his trademark DDT, ooh, that was nice to come back to! While John Cena refuses to stay down, Daniel Bryan is tagged in and goes on a whirlwind assault on The Shield, but ends up eating a Headlock Driver from Ambrose for the 3 count. Bryan eliminated, leaving Cena alone. The three on one assault begins and Cena eliminates Rollins with an AA. Ambrose is quickly in but Cena scoops him up to hit him with an AA. Reigns distracts the referee and then spears Cena, but the referee disqualifies Reigns! It’s down to Ambrose Vs Cena and Ambrose makes a quick pin attempt only for Cena to kick out. Cena fights back and locks Ambrose in to the STF, but before Ambrose can tap Rollins and Reigns attack, the referee disqualifying Ambrose!

Unsatisfied with their DQ loss, The Shield round on Cena and hit him with the Triple Powerbomb to stand tall over the Champion.

The Shield continue their path of destruction right on to RAW this week and surely it’s only a matter of time before those Tag Team Titles are on the line and then inevitably in their hands. They head in to a 6 man tag match against The Usos and the United States Champion Kofi Kingston, a fast paced and Shield dominated match as they isolate one of the Uso brothers and all but torture him in their corner. However a sudden Samoan Drop on Rollins gives the Uso the chance to tag out to Kofi, Rollins reaches Ambrose in time and he comes in guns blazing but the USA champ is on a roll and for a heart stopping moment it looked as though he may well get the pin over Dean.. haha, nahhh. Broken up by Reigns the action began to break down and spill to the outside, leaving Ambrose to deal with Kofi in the middle of the ring. Thwarting a top turnbuckle move, Ambrose wrapped Kingston up in his Snapmare Driver and planted him well and truly, picking up the three count and yet another win in the Shields book.

As their hands were raised, Ambrose couldn’t help but eye the United States Championship in the referees hands… are you thinking what I’m thinking? Lets put all the gold on the line, I think every Shield member needs a shiny accessory.

At the end of the night after Ryback defeated Kane in a one on one match up, The Shield made their presence felt again, coming down to the ring Ryback wisely bolted while Daniel Bryan raced down to ringside to aid his fallen partner. He wasn’t alone, bringing John Cena with him. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns circled the ring regardless but before they could attack, Ryback charged back in to the ring and struck Ambrose with a chair! Daniel Bryan then lept through the ropes in a suicide dive and took out Rollins and Ambrose while Cena went to AA Reigns. An attempt thwarted by Ryback as he assaulted Cena with the chair. The show going off air on Ryback… I think I threw up in my mouth a little bit.

Many thought The Undertaker would be the nail in the coffin for The Shield, after all if the greatest Legend of all time can’t put a stop to them who can? Well as it turns out, The Undertaker was unable to stop Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns after all and on RAW they arrive to the ring comfortable in the knowledge they have officially taken down the heart and soul of the WWE. They state as much, declaring that The Undertaker was the face of Justice for years, the very conscience of the business, but not anymore. The Shield have taken control of the Big Dog’s Yard and there’s nobody that’s been able to stop them. The Rock, Sheamus, Orton, Ryback and even the Champ himself John Cena have been unable to stand in their way. So who’s left?

Well 3MB of course!

Wait, what?

Yes, three men with an apparent death wish and ring gear that would make an 80’s hooker weep decide to interrupt The Shield’s declaration of dominance and inform them they have unfinished business for interrupting them on Smackdown when they attempted to attack Triple H. For this dire misdemeanor, The Shield must pay. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns crack their knuckles and prepare for this vicious onslaught. Thwarting it in a matter of seconds The Shield hand 3MB their backsides and are about to clear the ring when the deafening boom of Kane’s otherworldly fire erupts around them. Team Hell No heading down to the ring to get a little payback for The Undertaker. But the Shield retreat! Heading out through the crowd with sinister smiles on their faces. They know exactly what they’re doing. Those Tag Team Titles look awful shiny, boys.

Later on in the night the scheduled match between Ryback, Cena and The Shield is called off after John Cena is declared injured and Ryback walks out in a hissy fit (you forgot your purse!). This leaves Team Hell No wanting a match against the devious trio as retribution for what they did to Kane’s brother The Undertaker. Vickie grants the handicap match, but John Cena inserts himself back in to the match stating he’s just fine despite his injury.

The Shield start out the match up by assaulting their opponents but Reigns and Rollins are tossed from the ring and Ambrose is left to face Kane by himself as the match gets underway. Kane dominates Ambrose from the get go but he isn’t kept down, refusing to stay for even a one count as Kane makes a pin, Ambrose eventually tags out to Rollins but soon finds himself back in the melee and this time battling against an old indie enemy, Daniel Bryan. Team Hell No work fast and adopt some Shield tactics to keep Ambrose cornered, but a short tag in to the injured Cena shows the massive crack in Hell No’s offense. With Kane back in and attacking Ambrose, Ambrose plays possum and gets Kane to leap for him, only to tag in Rollins and hit Kane with the double team before making his escape. A commercial break cuts us off but we return to find Ambrose back in the ring and this time it’s him torturing Bryan. The Shield back in control they utilize their trademark tactics to keep Bryan isolated. But as Roman attempts to spear Bryan Bryan ducks and sends Reigns flying through the ropes to the outside, Daniel Bryan tagging in Kane with Ambrose back in the ring. Kane isolates Ambrose and throws him to the outside, tearing apart the announce table intent on putting Ambrose through it. But he has other ideas, taking Kane down and rolling back in the ring Kane’s almost counted out but gets back inside for the count of 9, only to be taunted by Ambrose who tells him “I beat your brother and now I’m going to beat you.”

Kane catches Ambrose in a choke but Ambrose is able to tag out to Reigns. Kane has no choice but to tag out to the injured Cena and that’s their downfall. Super Cena takes it to Reigns initially but as he lifts up Rollins for one of his power moves, the injured ankle gives out and he drops like a sack of bricks. A spear from Roman later, and Cena… and Team Hell No, are done. The Shield remain undefeated. Ambrose goes on to face Kane one on one on Smackdown!

It’s not every day that Ric Flair’s swag factor is threatened by the arrival of the most terrifying trio in WWE history. Rushing from Cardiff to London, the Shield made their first appearance on tonight’s Monday Night RAW exiting a helicopter; assuring that they would be capable of making the show in enough time to confront the Phenom. Tearing off to the arena after landing, the Shield then went into warning mode; commenting on the match that rested before them…

A match with the Deadman, and two men of their past, Team Hell No. Absolutely confident that the Brothers of Destruction and Daniel Bryan would rest in peace, the Shield made it known that the legends were meant to be pushed aside. A new era had begun; one that didn’t need the presence of the veterans.

Nowhere near complete on playing mind games, the Shield then assaulted Team Hell No backstage – almost confirming that the match wouldn’t even take place. However, as the night rolled on, and the Undertaker sent the O2 Arena into a frenzy, the Shield’s plans were foiled. Catching the Deadman in a brief 3-on-1 assault,  the Shield were soon enough cleared from the ring as Team Hell No rushed out to even out the odds despite the assault that had taken place earlier in the night.

With all six competitors primed and ready, the referee then gathered all competitors to set the match underway. Starting things off with Daniel Bryan – a sight that brought back many Dragon Gate USA memories – Dean seemed to have momentarily lost the number of the current Tag Team Champions. In a sight we honestly never believed we’d see, Dean and the Undertaker soon enough locked horns – the legend not missing a step in his offense against the mouthpiece of the Shield. A cut off from the Heatseeking Missile only briefly allowed Dean a small amount of offense, before he was soon struck with the same move that had allowed him a moment of safety.

Another tag in to Kane soon enough allowed Dean a moment to breathe as he tagged in Roman Reigns, the match continuing in the same format. The Tag Team Champions proving exactly why they are the champions, continued with a series of quick tags, but the Shield’s number tactics and brilliant mind games allowed them the edge. Despite a burst of offense from Daniel Bryan, and soon enough, the wrath of the Deadman, the Shield reminded the WWE Universe of how dominant they truly are, even against the greatest of legends.

I do believe that that’s what they call domination.

Ever the busy men, the Shield made one final appearance on tonight’s edition of RAW. Coming out after a confrontation that was squelched by John Cena, the Shield still looked for blood. Cena leaving Ryback in the ring to give him a taste of his own medicine, the Shield looked to take out Ryback in the same fashion they had to the WWE champion one week earlier. Cena, however, showed a different stripe: Chasing the Shield away with a chair before things could get violent.

…Every party needs a pooper, and that’s why they invited you, Cena.

After resisting a call out from 3MB earlier in the show (which was keenly answered by Brock Lesnar instead, 3MB didn’t survive), The Shield also went on to ignore Team Hell No as they picked up a victory against the Prime Time Players, despite a massive match being announced for next week in which The Shield will take on Team Hell No and The Undertaker. It seemed as though maybe The Shield weren’t in town to deliver their brand of justice tonight, but they were just biding their time.

As the multiple time PPV failure Ryback responded to John Cena’s call out, the two postured in the ring for a time and Cena demanded Ryback earn his title shot (why should he? He only lost seven PPV matches in a row, surely that qualifies him #Sarcasm). Ryback chose to instead walk away from Cena and as he made his way up the ramp, The Shields battle cry struck. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns stalking down to the ring and hesitating as they surrounded Cena, looking to Ryback who simply watched from the ramp. The Shield attacked, viciously assaulting Cena while Ryback looked on. With Cena well and truly down, Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns looked to Ryback for rebuttal but none came, Ryback simply walked further up the ramp and then turned to watch as The Shield struck Cena with their trademark Triple Powerbomb. Eventually Ryback left the scene completely and RAW went off air to the Shield standing united over the Champions fallen body.

Next week, there’ll be Hell to pay. Ha, get it?

Coming in hot off of their massive debut victory at Wrestlemania, The Shield set out to make history tonight and what better way to do that than to target the biggest icon and legend in the business. But have the finally bitten off more than they can chew? As The Undertaker began to make a speech about his Wrestlemania match and how it was dedicated to the late, great Paul Bearer, The Shield picked their moment to strike.

Heading down to the ring The Undertaker was fearless and threw aside his coat as Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns surrounded the ring, intent on savaging the Deadman. But with an explosion that made us all jump out of our seats, Kane and Daniel Bryan came to the rescue! Getting swiftly to Takers side, The Shield backed off. Time to regroup and figure out how to overcome this problem, but one things’ for sure, if they ever wanted to make a cemented name for themselves, taking down The Undertaker is the way to do it!

As Orton, Sheamus and Big Show flattened 3MB once again (what a formidable team!) The Shield’s opponents are looking strong going in to Wrestlemania. But their celebration of victory was short lived as Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns came through the crowd and stopped on the stairs to address their adversaries. Ambrose starting things out by saying they could enjoy their hard fought victory (note his sarcasm) tonight but at Wrestlemania they’d be left flat on their backs wondering where the hell it all went wrong. Rollins went on to say that the team was as phony as the crowd, Roman adding that they were weak and all in all, don’t stand a chance against the undefeated Shield.

And that’s where it was left! something of a rushed segment as The Shield’s theme played us out to commercial break. Will there be more to come tonight? Or is the wait now on until Wrestlemania?

This week The Shield had a rethink when it came to their plans of attack and ambushed Sheamus while in the midst of an interview backstage regarding their Wrestlemania match. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns beat Sheamus down until Randy Orton came to the rescue with a chair shot to the back of Reigns. But Seth and Ambrose were quickly on him, taking him down too. As all hope seemed lost for Orton and Sheamus, the missing piece of the puzzle, Big Show, made his appearance by all but throwing Rollins and Ambrose aside before chasing off Reigns. The Shield retreat, but the damage to Orton and Sheamus had already been done.

Later on in the night The Shield march in to 6 Man Tag action against the rather random team of Khali, Zack Ryder and Justin Gabriel. Seth Rollins starts things out against Khali and despite the massive size difference manages to stand his ground until Zack Ryder is tagged in. From there The Shield take full control of the match, Seth tagging out to Dean Ambrose who all but brutalizes Ryder who manages an eventual escape to Justin Gabriel. but Gabriel fares no better and after a nasty double team, the win is picked up for The Shield by Rollins. Khali takes exception to this loss however and attempts to attack the trio, but he doesn’t last long with the numbers game against him and The Shield deliver another epic Triple Powerbomb to Khali… I hope their backs are okay tomorrow!

However as the trio stand in the ring to celebrate their victory, the inevitable arrival of Orton, Sheamus and Big Show puts a dampener on the proceedings. The Shield find themselves on the receiving end of some of their own medicine as their opponents for Wrestlemania surround the ring and then attack. After a brief brawl, the Shield retreat, furious at having to do so. Is the Big Show a mountain they cant climb?

Early in the show Ryback heads in to a match against David Otunga which shockingly he wins (who woulda thought? I mean Otungas so formidable). Getting on the mic and saying that at Wrestlemania he, Orton and Sheamus are going to destroy The Shield. However, Ryback’s declaration is thwarted by the arrival of Vickie Guerrero who quickly informs him he’s being taken out of the match (there IS a God!) and thrown in to a battle with Mark Henry. Blah blah, who cares, he’s gone.

Later on in the night after Randy Orton and Sheamus destroy 3MB (Another shocker), The Shield make their first appearance. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns storming down to the ring and surrounding their remaining two Wrestlemania opponents. However before they can attack, its Big Show to the rescue! Big Show runs to the ring.. yes, runs.. I felt it from England. Getting in and to Orton and Sheamus’ side, causing The Shield to rethink! Unable to find an angle of attack, Roman calls on his brothers to stand down. Reluctantly Ambrose and Rollins do so, the trio retreating in to the crowd to regroup, while Big Show points to the Wrestlemania sign hanging over the ring.

We have a new opponent, but will he be the one to dethrone The Shield?

Remember what happened last time you goodie two shoes went and got cocky?
