Earning high praise from independent companies around the world, he became a household name for the hardcore, holding championship gold in companies such as Combat Zone Wrestling. With his name capturing the attention of wrestling fans across the globe, Jon soon earned a developmental contract with the WWE. He then took on the name of Dean Ambrose and began the process of cementing his name in stone. Feuding with William Regal and Seth Rollins most notably on NXT, Ambrose went on to make his much anticipated main roster debut at Survivor Series 2012, coming in alongside Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns to make a massive impact in the main event, aiding CM Punk in retaining his WWE Championship. The Shield tore an unstoppable path through the WWE for over a year before going their separate ways and into singles competition. Dean first went after Shield traitor Seth Rollins for revenge, and then on to win Intercontinental and WWE World Heavyweight Gold. Described as “Fearless, wild and always unpredictable” as well as a “world class competitor and infamous troublemaker” – Dean Ambrose is the star to watch!

Another busy whirlwind tour for Ambrose that saw him make a pit stop in Dubai for two nights, where he faced Sami Zayn, The Miz & Dolph Ziggler for the Intercontinental Championship (Miz retained) and The Miz & Dolph Ziggler on night two (Miz retained). Then it was a hop across the sea for a live event in Leeds (Vs The Miz & Dolph Ziggler, Miz retained) and RAW and Smackdown in London England, followed by dates in Newcastle and Brussels where he faced and defeated Triple H. They finished off the tour with tag team matches that saw Dean team with Sami Zayn to take on Triple H and Kevin Owens in both Paris and Malaga. Dean and Sami were victorious in both matches, all in all a good tour for Dean! You can catch the Paris Tag Team match above and the other matches below.

I was also able to catch up with Dean in London for a chat about the site, he signed our most recent layouts and organized a few things for the future, so watch this space for those!

Dean and WWE return to Europe in November, tickets are on sale for RAW and Smackdown in Glasgow now!
